Led by its President Harvey Shergill and General Manager Alex Kotlyar, and headquartered in Universal City in Southern California, Regal Brau Brewing Co. concentrates in 2 types of products – light lagers under the brand name Regal Brau that ordinary Americans enjoy in their daily living and sweet fruit flavored Fermented Malt Beverages under the brand name CJ.  The company’s business plan is simple:  Look for large grocery chains to do private light lager beer brands for them and sell light lagers at very low margins and sell Regal Brau mainly in Wisconsin and surrounding Midwest states where Regal Brau has been historically sold, albeit at low market penetration.  We keep our overhead low but in California, where vast majority of our sales are, our General Manager Alex Kotlyar travels to various locations of Grocery chain stores for whom we make private label products to help increase sales and ensure the quality of our product is top notch.  Also, we seek our Grocery chain buyers at trade shows and sales calls to look for private label business.
